Dance and exercise classes for adults, no matter what their age or previous experience

Jazz Technique & Tone

Thursday mornings from 10:00am to 11:00am

This class will focus on building strength and technique to support dancers’ development and enjoyment in other classes.

Starting with a warm up and followed by toning and stamina building drills. These will vary in difficulty, with options to suit different dancer levels.

Centre and travelling exercises will focus on particular dance elements, building from week to week, and culminating in a short sequence to bring that class’s elements together.

Each week will be themed in terms of music choice with requests welcomed so everyone has the opportunity to maximise their enjoyment.

This class is taught by Charlotte Bateup.

Beginners to Advanced

Suitable for people returning to dance or who understand the fundamental technique.

Suitable for people with strong experience and technique.
