Friday morning from 10:45am to 11:45am
A relaxed, slower paced contemporary class using Graham and some Cunningham technique.
This class is suitable for all abilities and experience. The relaxed, informal environment allows the teacher to tailor the class to those attending.
The class starts with a strong focus on floor exercises, to strengthen and teach the movement needed through the back and spine. These are followed by standing exercises at the barre, teaching basic technique, then some centre exercises, with further sequences across the floor that will include walks, runs, and turns with a focus on rise and fall, weight transference and off centre movement.
The last twenty minutes of the class consists of a routine using elements learnt within the class.
