Wednesday evenings from 9:30pm to 10:00pm

level 4-5

Pointe work class for intermediate and advanced students.

This class Starts with a good warm up at the barre to include rises, echappés and relevés to warm up the feet, and build strength and technique.

Continuing into the centre with more complex enchainments, to include pirouettes and some turns from the corner.

This class is taught by Shani Nash.
