Jazz Stretch & Conditioning

Monday evenings from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

A fun and upbeat jazz class including a warm up, floor work and a routine. This class with have an emphasis on deep stretching and body conditioning.

A physically demanding class for all abilities.

This class is taught by Laura Porter.


Suitable for people with more experience and technique.
