Absolute Beginners Ballet

Monday morning from 9:45am to 10:45am

Each term will be split into two 6 week courses, either side of half term. The first is suitable for absolute beginners, and the second is a progression on to build on what was learnt in the first 6 weeks, or if returning to dance after a break. Both are suitable for any dancer, regardless of their level of fitness!

Classes will be relaxed and informative covering all the basic ballet steps and technique. The dancers will develop strength, posture, co-ordination and musicality, enabling them if they wish, to join the Improvers class at 10.45 after a term or when they feel ready!
