STOMP Workshop 2006

On Sunday the 12th of October 2006 we held a workshop with STOMP!

About the workshop

It was a bashing, crashing but ultimately rythmic time at the STOMP workshop. Under the expert guidance of their excellent tutors (Oliver and Letitia), participants were encouraged to find music in such unlikley objects as maritime radiator pipes, basketballs, watercooler bottles, brooms and of course STOMPS's own trademark bins.

It was a great day and our thanks go to STOMP for giving us the opportunity to experiment and try out parts of their fantastic show.

About STOMP

STOMP has no words - everyone can understand it. It has little or no melody, so it doesn't matter if your taste in music is jazz, classical, dance or pop.

STOMP is about rhythm, everyone knows rhythm, if only from the beating of their own heart - it is the basis of all music.
