Wednesday evenings, 8:30pm to 9:30pm
Contemporary dance classes loosely based on the Graham Technique.
This one hour class commences with a standing warm up, followed by floor exercises to strengthen the back and legs, proceeding to standing plies, brushes, leg swings etc.. The last twenty minutes consists of movement sequences across the floor - to include walks, triplets, runs, jumps and turns etc.. The class finishes with a short cool down.
